For more than 20 years, I’ve built brands and led teams that turn complex ideas into clear, consumer-friendly narratives that drive engagement and growth.

I’m also a mother, wife, writer, dog mom and fitness enthusiast who plays pickleball and doesn't shy away from a mic, a stage and a story from the heart. I believe in early morning walks, hard workouts, honest conversations and the power of reinvention.
